The streamlined interface provided a single point of entry for new and existing forms, allowing for improved workflow by personnel. Business processes were integrated into the system providing interdepartmental collaboration of work tasks and concurrent access to real time business data. Reporting infrastructure was enhanced to provide multi-dimensional views allowing for insightful business intelligence.
